Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You must be 18+ to attend unless you are accompanied by a parent or guardian.


What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is plenty of on-site parking available, as well as strong travel links via bus and rail.


What can I bring to the event?

Due to power restrictions, you can only bring a single PC and monitor to the event. If you would like to bring a second monitor or computer, consider our VIP tickets!


What’s the refund policy?

We’re happy to provide refunds to customers up to 30 days before the event. If it is less than 30 days until the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. You can still transfer your ticket to someone else by contacting us but trying to resell it for higher than market value will cause the ticket to be cancelled.


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not have to bring a physical printed ticket to the event, however, it does speed up the check-in process! It may be possible for us to scan the barcode of the ticket from your mobile, but if you don’t have a printer or a compatible phone then we can manually check you in.


Is my ticket transferrable / Can I resell my ticket?

We’re happy to transfer your ticket to someone else at any time, you’ll just need to contact us. If you’re wanting to resell the ticket, you cannot sell it for more than you bought it for.


Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

Unfortunately, you must have some form of ID that matches the name on the ticket. For group discount tickets, the person with their name on the booking must be present at check-in.
